Patricia Dorothy Watkins was born on August 11, 1939 in East Orange, New Jersey to James Smith and Dorothy Smith. She passed from this life on December 28, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years, 4 months, and 17 days.
Pat returned to Bixby in the late 70's and she went to work for Tulsa Community College in the registration department and continued there for more than 20 years until her retirement in 2010.
Pat was a member of the Leonard First Baptist Church where she loved to sing and enjoyed the many friendships she made there. In her spare time, she loved to be with her family, especially her grandchildren, dance and enjoyed trying new makeup. She was quite the conversationalist and enjoyed debating different topics with anyone who would participate. Some of those debates could become rather loud. She also didn't miss the chance to give a much needed pep-talk to anyone in need of one.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Roger Watkins, daughter, Dawn Watkins, grandson, Brandon Watkins and three siblings, Dorothy, Carol and John.
She is survived by three children: Mark Watkins and his wife Marilyn, Roger Watkins and his wife Klara and Debbie Williams and her husband Stacy, Grandchildren; Sandy (Joe) Heflin, Suzy (Matt) Blizzard, Bobby (Mikah) Snodgrass, Tim (Karissa) Woods, Barbara Watkins, Casey Woods, and Cody Woods, eleven great-grandchildren as well as several other family members, church family and friends.
