Juan was born April 16, 1943 in Monclava Coahuilah Mexico. He was a well-known rental business owner in Littlefield, Texas. He loved his God, his family, and his friends. He was a Holy man captured by God’s love. He spent his life sharing the good news of Christ’s forgiveness for us all. He modeled Christ’s love for people with a friendly hello, and he loved to joke around and had an infectious laugh, was always lending an attentive ear and gave generously of his time, talent and love. He will forever be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Left to cherish his memoires are his ex-wife, Amalia Salas; their two daughters, Priscilla Rosales and Janie Quilimaco and husband Sam, of Littlefield; his long time companion, Gloria Guerro and her family; four granddaughters, Amber Fleming, Erica Garcia, Stephanie Quilimaco and Esperanza Quilimaco and husband William Brown; four great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Frank Guzman of Greeley, CO, Lala Perez of Seminole, TX, Joe Guzman, Jr. of Littleton, CO., Alma Lopez (Louis) of Abernathy, TX, Gloria Ramos of Greeley, CO., Mary Ann Gonzalez (Juan) of Greeley, CO., Julian Guzman (Vickie) of Greeley, CO., and Tony Guzman (Fonda) of Salton, TX; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Margarita Martinez Guzman on April 1, 2015 and Jose Guzman in 1988, and a brother, Jesus Guzman.
