Linda Wilkinson, age 69, resident of Seale, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Grady Memorial Hospital, Atlanta, Georgia.

Funeral services are scheduled at the Chapel of Vance Brooks Funeral Home, 3738 US Hwy 431N, Phenix City, Alabama, on Saturday, January 2, 2021, 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Pittsview Cemetery, Pittsview, Alabama.

Mrs. Wilkinson, daughter of the late Luther King and Jessie Pittman King, was born August 12, 1951 in Eufaula, Alabama.

She was Baptist by faith and a member of New Beginning Baptist Church, Seale, Alabama and longtime waitress in the Columbus/Phenix City area to include Mr. J’s Steakhouse.

Mrs. Wilkinson loved cooking and being with her animals. She enjoyed fishing, camping, going on hunting ventures with her husband, and taking short trips. While she was inside, she looked forward to watching soap operas and Alabama Crimson Tide football.

The family remembers her as a loving, caring, compassionate, and hardworking lady.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Luther King, Jr; and a sister, Helen Christine Connelly.

Mrs. Wilkinson is survived by her husband, Larry Wilkinson of Seale, Alabama; daughter, Laurie Singleton . of Phenix City; brother, Charles Earl King ( Mary )of Hatchachubbee, Alabama;
