Obituary for Susan Robinson
Susan Robinson, 84, of Okoboji passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Accura Healthcare of Spirit Lake.

A private family memorial service will be held at the Schuchert-Lentz Funeral Home in Spirit Lake.

Susan was born August 11, 1936 in Canton, South Dakota to Ted and Florence Hamann. After High School she went on to earn her master’s degree in School Administration and worked as a School Principal. On January 2, 1979 Susan married Jerry Robinson in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

Susan was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Milford. She served on the Humane Society of Northwest Iowa and Arnolds Park Library boards. In her free time, she enjoyed reading, boating, and walking. Susan loved spoiling her dogs Tootsie and Brandy and cat Mr. Kitty.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents and younger sister Judy Graves. She is survived by her husband Jerry, daughter Kim Kent of South America, and close friend Bev Knapp of Okoboji.

Memorials may be left at the Humane Society of Northwest Iowa.
