Mrs. Addie L. Abbott
Dies in Danbury

Mrs. Addie Louise Abbott, widow of the late Sherman Abbott, formerly of Brewster, died at her home in Danbury on Friday, Jan. 13th, 1933. Mrs. Abbott was born in Brewster March 29 1857, the daughter of the late Jesse Haviland and Maria Drew Haviland.

After Mr. Abbott's death Mrs. Abbott went to Yonkers where for many years she was at the Hastings Home for children. She then left on account of poor heath and made her home in Danbury.
She is survived by two sons Robert H. Abbott, of Danbury and Frederick Abbott, of Yonkers; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held from her late home on Fairlawn avenue on Sunday at 3 o'clock. Rev. John M. Deyo, pastor of the First Congregational church, officiating. Interment in Wooster cemetery.
