Frankie "Janet" Patton lost her battle to a host of diabetes related health issues on December 28, 2020 at the age of 86. Janet was born December 16, 1934 in Gobler, MO to the late Coy Garrett and Innis Garrett. Janet was preceded by her husband, Curtis Patton, as well as her siblings, sister, Laverne Liles and brother, George H. Garrett. Janet worked as a bookkeeper much of her life retiring from Fogelman Properties in 1986. Janet was known for her love of family and her love of cooking, especially when the two were combined. Janet will be missed by her two sons, Ronnie (Cynthia) Patton and Randy (Laurel) Patton; and her three grandchildren, Kristen (Curt) Orr, April (Cole) Pittman and John Patton. Due to Covid restrictions, no service will be held. Janet will be interred with her late husband Curtis at the Memphis VA Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice. (Published by Memphis Funeral Home on Dec. 30, 2020)
