WOOSTER - Ross Deline Brazee, 87, of Wooster died Saturday morning, February 24, 2018 at LifeCare Hospice, Wooster, Ohio.

He was born October 9, 1930 in Michigan, son of Herald and Helen (Deline) Brazee.

He graduated from Morenci (Michigan) High School in 1948.
Ross earned his bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees from Michigan State University.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1953-1955 at Ft. Benning, GA.

He married Jean Roth on July 25, 1953, in Morenci, MI.

He began working for the USDA in Toledo in 1957 and in 1959 moved to Wooster, where he continued to work for the USDA at the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center until his retirement in 2004.

He was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and American Society of Agricultural Engineers. He enjoyed woodworking, trains and farming.

He is survived by his wife, Jean;
three daughters
Kathleen (Rick) Thompson,
Karen Mork and Kay Wagner;
one son Kevin (Pam) Brazee;
five grandchildren
Sean (Mallory) Thompson,
Ryan (Desiree) Thompson,
Maureen (Jay Guo) Mork,
Adrienne (Tyler) Schlitzkus and
Melanie (Matthew) Kennedy;
and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and
sons-in-law Jeffery Mork and Ray Wagner.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 12:00 Noon at Wesminster Presbyterian Church, 353 E. Pine St., Wooster with Tyler Schlitzkus officiating.

Interment will follow in Wooster Cemetery.

Friends will be received on Thursday from 6:00-8:00 PM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.

Memorial donations in memory of Ross may be made to Lifecare Hospice, 1900 Akron Road, Wooster, Ohio.
