Joseph Lee Howard, 64 , of Bourbon, passed away at home on December 10, 2020, after an illness.
He was born November 10, 1956, at Peru, Indiana the son of Omer Lewis and Beulah Mae Owens Howard. Joe was a factory worker and a United states Veteran of the Marine Corps from January 30, 1974, until January 29, 1980, when he was discharged as a Corporal.
He is survived by step children: Isaac (Crystal) Kleespie, William Kleespie and Amanda Kleespie along with his grandchildren: Isaac Kleespie, Kennedy Kleespie, Destiny (Wayne) Guard, Deja’ Fear, Dante’ Fear, Jocelyn Stalhood and great grandkids Lyte Fear and Everleigh Guard. He was also survived by his siblings: Homer Howard of Texas, Tom Howard, Alford Howard and Barbara Howard all of Warsaw and his companion dog “Bandit”. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Ruth Howard April 16, 2015.
