Fred Junior “Popsicle” Clark, age 81, born Thursday, April 6, 1939 in Casey County, Kentucky, died Thursday, December 24, 2020 at his home in Stamping Ground, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Ephraim “Eaf” & Grace Clark. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda B. “Lollipop” Clark. He loved to fish, hunt, and raise a garden. If he was outside, he was happy. He loved to sit under a tree, after working in his garden, to look for four-leaf clover. He had a kind heart and never met a stranger. He worked in construction and retired from Central Rock.
Fred leaves behind two daughters, Fredia (Luke) McIntosh of Lancaster, Kentucky, Tammy (Terry) Conrad of Cynthiana, Kentucky; two sons, Freddie (Vickie) Clark and Michael (Mandy) Clark both of Stamping Ground; seven grandsons, Luke, Matthew, Adam, TJ, Josh, AJ, and Joseph; two granddaughters, Amber and Rachel; 15 great-grandchildren, Abby, Bri, Andrew, AnnaBelle, Emma, CarolLynn, Austin, Elvie, Braelyn, Aria, Brooklynn, Bryan, Christian, Brentlee, and Logan; one sister; and several other extended family members and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his wife and parents, Fred was preceded in death by four brothers; and three sisters.
A Private Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Fox & Friend Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Wayne Oaks, Jr. officiating the service. Burial will follow in McIntosh/Clark Family Cemetery in Garrard County, Kentucky. Luke, Matt, Adam, Josh, TJ, Joseph, Rachel, and Amber will serve as Active Pallbearers.
