Tommy Lee Powell, Sr. Age 72, Passed away after a long battle with numerous health issues on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Joliet Area Community Hospice home.

Born in Linton, Ind on July 4, 1943 to the late Garry and Pansy (Glass) Powell.

He was a longtim Berwyn resident before retiring to Channahon four years ago. Tom had a love for car racing, Gene & Jude's Hotdogs, and his grandchildren.

He is survived by one son, Tommy Lee (Renee) Powell, Jr.; step-children, Ray (Karen)
Neapolitan and Denise (Rory Stark) Neapolitan; and grandchildren, Magnolia, Lily and
Tommy Lee Powell, III; Spencer Neapolitan; and one sister, Bertha Louise (Powell) Hood.

Preceeded in death by his wife, Josephine; hi parents; and one brother, Garry "Jake" Powell.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 11, 2015 from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Fred C Dames
