And three companions his dogs: Blue, Rosco and April along with many feline companions.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter.
Mr. Burrington was a graduate of St. Johnsbury Trade School, where he majored in Engineering and Draftsmanship.
He served in the United States Navy until his discharge in 1950.
He was employed at United Technologies Hamilton Standard until his retirement in 1987.
Robert and Gloria moved from their Connecticut home retiring to Coalmont in 2004. Robert enjoyed his 1950 Harley Davidson Hardtail and was in the process of restoring it. He had a sharp eye for detail and was quit the artist; his many sketches and drawings were very impressive. He was an avid fan of basketball, rarely missing the U-Conn Huskies Basketball games.
Burial in I.O.O.F. Broad Top Cemetery, Broad Top City.
