Wendy Marie Hicks Copeland passed away on December 21, 2020. Wendy was born at Fox Army Hospital at Redstone Arsenal on March 1, 1969.
She was a homemaker, loving wife and mother, and attended West Berlin High School and Buckhorn High School in Madison County.
Survivors include her husband Charles Copeland; three sons, Tanner Hicks, Dalton Byrd, and Chase Copeland; father, Lee Hicks and wife, Debbie Hicks; mother, Paula Stotts, and husband Randy (deceased); brother, Christopher Hicks, and wife Jill; and sister, Megan Pockrus-Davis; two uncles, Jerry Hicks and Ron Martin; one niece; and 2 grand nieces.
A private graveside service will be held on Monday, December 28, 2020 at 3 p.m. at Maple Hill Cemetery for immediate family only. Reverend Hal Howard of Winchester Road Baptist Church will be officiating.
The family will make a contribution to St. Judes Children's Hospital. If you would like to contribute, we know the children and their families will be appreciative.
