Vickie Lynn Barker Anzalone, 59, passed away unexpectedly on May 7, 2018, at McKayDee hospital in Ogden, Utah. She was born January 23, 1959 to Max Elden and Lois Brown Hess.

She was born and raised in Southern California, where she spent her teenage years at Disneyland, Olvera Street, and Huntington Beach, enjoying the band Styx and hanging out with Van Halen. She married, moved to Arizona, had three children, and later divorced. She then moved to Utah where she met and married Robert David "Bob" Barker and had another daughter, he then adopted her other three children. Robert passed away in 2001, but he always held a special place in her heart. She met and married the love of her life Frank Joseph "Joe" Anzalone, on May 21, 2005. They spent the last 13 years visiting their children and grandchildren, traveling, and binge watching their favorite TV shows. She was a resident of West Wendover, Nevada at the time of her passing.

She always wanted people to be happy and would give anyone the shirt off her back. She had a youthful free spirit, wasn't afraid to be goofy, and loved road trips, especially to the beach. She collected trinkets, loved shopping, and cherished everything Mickey Mouse.

She is survived by her mother, Lois; husband Joe; four children, Neil (April) Barker, Sativa (Julian) Kozerski, Cheryl (Mike) Promesberger, and Elizabeth Barker (Ben Freeman); three step-children, Megan Anzalone, Rheannon Anzalone, and Mickey Anzalone; two sisters, Jodee (Dave) Casdorph, and Patricia (Terry) Arthurs; two sister-in-law's Shelley Anzalone and Candy Meservy; 17 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who will all miss her deeply. She was also a mom to many neighborhood kids, including a foster daughter Fantasia Evans.

She is preceded in death by her father, Max Hess; her brother and sister-in-law, Steven and Sharon Hess; her nephew Troy Hess; her grand-daughter Kaylee Anzalone; brother-in-law Perry Anzalone; and her second husband Robert David Barker.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, May 14, 2018 at 1 pm at the West Point Stake Center at 550 No. 2300 W. West Point, UT 84015.

We love you to the moon and back Mom!
