Owen M. Taylor, 92, of Yakima died Wednesday at Good Samaritan Nursing Home.

Mr. Taylor was born in Twin Falls, Idaho, and served in the Army. He belonged to the Iron Workers Union 118 of Sacramento, Calif., for over 70 years. He lived in the Ellensburg and Yakima areas.

Survivors include his wife, Bertha Burkhardt of Yakima; three sons, Leonard Taylor of Cooley City, Dale Taylor of Sacramento and Joseph Taylor of Corvallis, Ore.; a daughter, Marion Gerrits of Ellensburg; three stepsons, Ron Burkhardt and Robert Burkhardt of Yakima and Fred Burkhardt of Gig Harbor, Wash.; three stepdaughters, Mary Kennedy of Yakima, Mildred Cramer of Kennewick, Anna Smith of Liberty and Carol Porter of South Korea; a sister, Ida May Williams of Las Vegas; 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are by Valley Hills Funeral Home and Crematory.
