NASHVILLE - Daniel Earl Cooper, 76, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2020. He was born August 4, 1944 in Nash County to the late John Thurston and Pauline Leonard Cooper. Daniel was dedicated to Law Enforcement, served his country in the United States Air Force, a member of the American Legion Nashville Post 110 and loved the Town of Nashville. He always took care of the elderly.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 52 years Dianne Narron Cooper; daughter Laurie Cooper Jordon and son-in-law Gregory Leon Jordan; granddaughter Caleigh Elizabeth Jordan.

The family extends a special thanks to Long Leaf Neuro-Medical Center 2nd floor Eden for their loving care. In lieu of flowers donations may be made toAlzheimer's Association5171 Glenwood Ave #101, Raleigh, NC 27612.

Visitation with family and friends will be Saturday, October 3, 2020 from 1:30-2:45pm at Cornerstone Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow 3:00pm at Forest Hill Cemetery.
