Homer M. Larsen, 79, passed away August 28, 2000 at home.
He was born January . 14, 1921 in Brigham City, Utah to John Larsen and Elva Larsen.
He married Joan Seal on April 21, 1955 in Elko, Nevada.
He served in the Marine Corps during World War II.
Retired from the Salt Lake City Police Department after 36 years of service. During the last few years he worked for the University of Utah as an Usher at Kingsbury Hall.
He is survived by his wife, Joan, and daughter, Lezle.
He was preceded in death his brother Jack, and sister Francis Bradley.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, Sept. 1, at 2 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Lawn Mortuary, 2350 E. 1300 So., friends and family may call one hour prior to the service at the Mortuary.
