Linda Sue Gregory, 72, of Virden, passed away on December 17, 2020, at Memorial Hospital.
Linda was born on August 17, 1948 to William Thomas and Betty Louise Crays. She married Paul Gregory on December 16, 1966, and they later divorced.
Linda retired from Dickey-John after more than 20 years of service. She was a member of Grace Southern Baptist Church in Virden.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Charlotte in childhood; brothers-in-law, Dave Jackson, Chuck Fotus, and Keith Castagno; sister-in-law, Sharon Crays; and nephew, Steven Castagno.
She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Gregory-Hayes of Springfield; grandchildren, Alexis Dye, Karley Hutchison, and Casey Hutchison; three great-grandchildren; 11 siblings, Gary Crays, Norman (Dixie) Crays, Rick Crays, Vicki (Dave) Osborn, Sherry Fotus, Ronnie (Ruth) Crays, Bonnie Castagno, Danny (Becky) Crays, Sheila Crays, Debbie (Jim) Howerton, and Tina Dailey.
Linda will also be remembered by her several nieces and nephews, including Matthew (Felicia) Dubois and their children, Peyton and Gretchen.
Arrangements are in the care of Lincoln Land Cremation Society.
