Kelly was born February 9, 1976 at Goodlark Hospital in Dickson, Tennessee to Flavy and Janie Marchbanks Miller. Kelly was a 1994 graduate of White County High School where he was member of the basketball team. He was known for his quick wit and outgoing personality. He was voted the superlative by his classmates of “Why Teachers Retire Early”. Kelly enjoyed woodworking and was a talented painter. He is preceded in death by grandparents Will Jarvis and Nell Marchbanks; grandfather Chester W. Miller.
