John Dean Spradlin died at the age of 75 in his home on September 30, 2017 in Sedro Woolley, WA.

John was born in Ft. Worth, TX on October 2, 1941 to John X. Spradlin and Angie Nell Cline.

He proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1960-1969. While in the Navy, John married Mavis June Fleisher in 1964. John graduated from Bellevue Community College in 1986 with a Bachelor's Degree. He retired from Puget Sound Energy in 2007 after 26 years of service.

John is survived by his wife, Mavis; his son, Shanon; his daughter, Mikki; his daughter-in-law, Melissa; and five grandchildren.

John will be laid to rest in a private ceremony on October 7, 2017. A Celebration of Life will take place on November 18th, 1-5 pm at Sedro Woolley Community Center.
