Born in Troy he had lived in the Capital District all his life and was son of Samuel Garay Jr. and Mariah Cowin Garay.
He loved playing with his toy’s including LEGOS and Batman. He was the happiest when spending time with his family especially his siblings.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his paternal grandparents Samuel Garay Sr. and Michelle Blandin. Maternal grandson of Alicia Devlin and Scott Cowin. Maternal great grandson of Charles Gillette, Patsy Olsen Gillett and Edward Cowin. Brother of Olivia Garay, Chloe Garay and Samuel Garay III. Also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
