ELKHART, IN. -- Scott “Biff” Mann, 48, of Elkhart, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2020 at his home. Biff was born on June 16, 1972 to Paula Mann-Bryant and raised by the late, Honey Lou (Ganger) Mann. Honey Lou Mann passed away on May 28, 2012.

Biff is survived by his birth mother, Paula Mann-Bryant of Ohio; sister, Leon’a F. Wilson-Mann of Elkhart and half-brother, Joshua Bryant of Ohio and close friends.

Biff was enrolled in the PEP program throughout his life. He graduated from Elkhart Central High School. Biff worked around the Elkhart area at several restaurants. Biff was a talented violinist, whom won many awards as a “first chair” concert master violinist. He also enjoyed working on computers and technology.

There will be no visitation or Services for Biff. Cremation was chosen. Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, IN is assisting the family.
