Richard Wayne Bowman age 73 of Harriman, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Roane Medical Center. He was a member of the United Methodist Church. Wayne was a U.S. Army Veteran. He attended from Tennessee Tech and while at Tennessee Tech, Wayne was a member of Theta Tau (Engineering Fraternity). Wayne worked as a Civil Engineer in serval Nuclear plants throughout his career. He was an official for TSSAA basketball for several years. Wayne was a professional photographer. He was a drummer and played in many bands. He enjoyed bowling. Wayne loved his animals and the University of Tennessee Athletics.
