Jean M. Turcy, a longtime resident of Beacon, passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh. She was 74 years old.
Jean was born in Poughkeepsie on June 23, 1941, the daughter of the late Joseph and Marion Calaluca Turcy.
Jean was a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Church. She was also a member of St. Rocco's Ladies Auxiliary.
Jean is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Turcy; her brothers, Joseph (Beverly) Turcy, Michael (Maureen) Turcy, and James Turcy; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and great-nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, June 27, 2016 at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, 31 Willow Street, Beacon. Burial will follow at St. Joachim Cemetery, Beacon.
