Patrick, 36 of Clare, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 20, 2020. Patrick was the son of Arthur and Loretta (LaVoye) Baker.
He was proud to have earned the title of Eagle Scout and was a 2002 graduate of Farwell High School. While in High School Patrick began working at the Doherty Hotel alongside his grandmother, Ila Baker; he had worked at the Hotel for 18 years. In his free time Patrick enjoyed listening to and playing music having a extensive collection of Guitars. He liked to spend time riding his motorcycle and adored the time spent with his nieces and nephews.
Patrick is survived by his parents Arthur (Christina) Baker of Alma and Loretta Baker of Farwell; his brothers Arthur Bradford “Brad” (Christin) Baker, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant and Philip Michael (Lindsay) Baker of Harrison; 10 nieces and nephews and uncles and aunts Jeff and Nora LaVoye, Steven LaVoye and Lori Duffett.
Patrick was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Arthur and Ila Baker and maternal grandparents Max and Romona LaVoye.
Private graveside services will be held in the Cherry Grove Cemetery in Clare.
