Barbara Ann Packard was born April 23rd, 1955 in Dubuque, Iowa, the third daughter (of seven) of Dr. Douglas K Packard and Joan Clark Packard. She graduated with the Dubuque Senior High School class of 1973 and went on to study at Iowa State in Ames, Iowa and Boston Architectural College. She married Robert Edward Haines and they eventually settled in Manchester, New Hampshire. To this union were born two children, Robert Edward Haines and Liberty Ann Justice Haines who survive. Barbara and Robert later divorced. Barbara followed the Lord and was very involved in preaching and doing the Lord's work. It was on an overseas mission that she passed away somewhere in Asia between 2016 and 2019. Barbara was predeased by her father, Dr. Douglas Kelly Packard in 1985; her mother, Joan Louise Clark Packard in 2008 and her grandparents. She is survived by her six sisters, Janet Packard, of Dubuque; Dr. Nancy (Dr. Gary Rosen) Packard, of Seattle, Wash., and their daughters, Sarah and Abby; Susan (Randy) Packard Zutz, of Minneapolis, and their daughters, Alice and Clare; Carol (James Wilcox) Packard, of Bend, Ore.; Alice (William) Boney, of Victor, Idaho, and their children, Emily and Matthew, and Anne (Dr. Stephen "Barney") Bernsten, of Belvidere, Ill., and their sons, Ryan and Andrew.
