Mrs. Abrams Rites Pending
AZTEC - Funeral services are pending at Basin Mortuary for Mrs. Rhoda Abrams, 73, longtime resident of Aztec who died Tuesday at Community Hospital in Durango, Colo.
Mrs. Abrams was the former Rhoda Pinkstaff, daughter of prominent Aztec pioneers. She was taken to Durango by ambuleance Sunday after she apparently suffered a stroke, family friends said today.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Lyle McWilliams of Aztec, Mrs. Mike Macmanus of Raymondsvale, Tex., and Norma Waggoner of Klamath Falls, Ore.; one son, Boyd "Bud" Abrams of Anchorage, Alaska and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd, an Aztec pharmacist in 1967

Abrams Rites To Be Friday
AZTEC - Funeral services for Mrs. Rhoda Abrams 73, of Aztec will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Aztec Presbyterian Church with the Rev. William Burke officiating. Burial will be in Aztec Cemetery with services under the direction of the Aztec Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star.
Mrs. Abrams, a longtime resident, died Tuesday at Community Hospital in Durango, Colo.
Pallbearers will be Eugene Stewart, Clement Koogler, Joe Boettcher, Bert Boyd, Sandy Scott and Dr. W.A. Toney.
Arrangements are under the direction of Basin Mortuary of Farmington.
