Peoria, IL - Donna L. McClure of Arlington,Texas, formerly of Peoria, Illinois, passed away unexpectedly in Arlington on Thursday, December 10, 2020, from complications of COVID-19.
Donna was born in Harrisburg, IL, on June 26, 1947. She grew up in Peoria, completing Kingman Grade School, then graduated from Woodruff High School in 1965.
She worked for many years at Security Savings, then for the Bricklayer's Pension Fund until retirement in 2010.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Orval and Kathryn Wall of Peoria.
Donna is survived by husband Donald McClure Sr., daughter Debra McClure (and partner Eddie Koerner) of Mansfield, TX, grandson John Cody Sutton (and Partner Emily Farris) of Arlington, stepson Donald McClure Jr. of St. Peter, MN, sister Vickie Wall of Arlington, brother Michael Wall of Mapleton, IL, uncle Tommy Johns of Troy, IL, nieces Amy, Amanda, and Brooke, several cousins also lifelong best friends Lucrecia Sturgess and Corky Hansen.
Donna was loved by all and will be deeply missed.
Burial will be in the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
