He was a 1993 graduate of Marysville High School, and attended college at Mt. Vernon Nazarene and the Ohio State University. While in high school, Jared developed a passion for Swing Choir, in which he participated throughout his years at Marysville. Post high school, he took that passion and became a judge for Swing Choir competitions, and also directed the St. Clairsville Swing Choir for a number of years.
Jared was born November 12, 1974 in Marysville to Franklin D. and Beverly Kinsey Henry. He is survived by his parents, Frank and Bev of Marysville; his sister Jill Henry of Marysville; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and his best friend, Deana Taylor, who was always there for him.
