SOUTH BEND – Thomas Wayne Parks, 46, of South Bend, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, December 19, 2020 in South Bend.
Tom was born December 19, 1974 in Mishawaka to Louis Wayne and Joan Evelyn (Hutson) Parks.
Tom was a cook for many years; most recently at the Blue Heron for almost 22 years. He Loved listening to music and playing his guitar. Tom had awesome group of friends that he loved and they loved him.
Surviving are his parents, Joan and Lou Parks of South Bend and a brother, Todd Andrew Parks of Eugene, Oregon. He is also survived by his four amazing Aunts and his loving and supportive cousins. His extended family was always there and loved him unconditionally.
He was preceded in death by his brother Erich Parks, his maternal and paternal grandparents and one Aunt and four Uncles.
Tom will be laid to rest at Maple Grove Cemetery in Argos, next to his brother, Erich.
A celebration of life service will take place later.
