Bethany Jane Paugh-Walker, 56 of Pineville passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday December 18, 2020 in her home. She loved playing piano and singing in churches all around throughout her lifetime. She was a firm believer in salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.
She was born July 15, 1964 to Robert Eugene Paugh (B. 1931) and India June Brown-Paugh (B. 1935) of Pineville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Darrell Walker; and five sisters, Shirley Dianne Paugh (1954-1954), Janet Carol Paugh (1962-1962), Patricia Paugh-Cook-Davis (1953-2010), Peggy Jean Paugh-Ashley (1958-2009), and Pamela Kay Angle Paugh-Rose (1959-2014).
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, Jerry Paugh & wife Rhonda Paugh of Pineville; her children, Johnny Eugene Walker & wife Starr Walker of Beckley, Caleb Walker & husband Brandon Walker of Tuscaloosa AL, and Micah Walker & wife Chrissy Walker of New Richmond; three grandchildren, Remington Walker, Easton Walker, and Harlee Walker; special niece, Cassidy Bailey & husband Jonathan Bailey & their daughter Jaliyah "Buggy" of Glen Fork; and many nieces, nephews, and other close relatives.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Evans-Calfee Funeral Service at 614 Appalachian Highway in Pineville, WV, followed by her funeral service at 1:00 PM.
