Doris was born in Poplar Bluff, MO, on January 7,1934. Doris had a small family and enjoyed the time she spent with them.
In 1968 Doris and Donald moved to Salem Missouri and owned and operated the Salem IGA. She was a member of Seidal Club, Collectors Club and was a community volunteer. People always described her as a genuinely “sweet” and loyal person. Doris enjoyed her time alongside her husband traveling, cooking, collecting antiques and spending time with friends. She was a long-time member of Salem United Methodist Church.
A graveside service will take place Saturday, December 26, 2020, in the Poplar Bluff City Cemetery. The time of service has not been scheduled but will be posted as soon as determined.
