Jack was a union plasterer for 45 years and a U.S. Army veteran. He was of the Christian faith and a member of the Plasterers and Cement Masons Local 692 of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Jack was survived by his wife, six sisters and five in-laws.

He was preceded in death by his parents Clyde B. and Martha B. (White) Hendrickson; a sister Sylvia Jones; a brother Michael Hendrickson and three brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law.

It was Jack's wish to be created.
