Obituary for Bertha I. Kratzer
Celebration of Life Service for Bertha Kratzer, 92 of Enid, will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, December 24, 2020 in the Anderson-Burris Chapel with Rev. Kwan Kim officiating.

Bertha was born May 21, 1928 at Sand Creek, OK to Walter and Jennie Stephenson Arnold, and passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020 in Enid. She was the youngest of eight children, graduating from Gore High School
and later received her nursing certification from Enid General Hospital Foundation School of Nursing.
She was a registered nurse at Enid General Hospital and later owned and operated Enid Fire Equipment.

She married Harold Kratzer on September 15, 1950 in Enid where they made their home. The two of them had many fond memories with friends and family at their second home at Canton Lake.

Bertha was preceded in death by her husband, three sisters and four brothers. She is survived by her children, Janice Graham and husband Dick, Carol Newman and husband Ken, Steve Kratzer and wife Lai Chun, and Linda McElligott and husband Paul, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
