Nancy J. McWilliams of Grove City passed peacefully at home on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2020 following a 4-year illness. She was 80.
Nancy was born in Corry, PA on May 3, 1940 to Eugene and Virginia (Weldon) Davis. She married Frank E. McWilliams, Jr. on Aug. 26, 1961.
She was a graduate of Corry High School in 1958 and received a Bachelor's degree in education from Edinboro University.
Nancy taught school in Montgomery County, MD until her children were born.
She co-owned ModCom Appliance Store with her husband for many years and later managed Barkus Hallmark Store both in Grove City.
Nancy enjoyed watching birds and working in her flower garden.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, White Shrine of Jerusalem and formerly she was active with Grove City Junior Women's Club.
Survivors include her husband Frank at home, Patricia Baker and husband Clifford, Grove City, Frank E. "Kip" McWilliams, III, Hermitage and Michael J. McWilliams and wife Cheryl, Wilmington, NC, 5 grandchildren, Cody and Connor Baker, Keira, Patrick and Brenna McWilliams, and a brother, Robert Davis and wife Barb, North Olmstead, OH. Her parents preceded Nancy in death.
