Beloved husband, cherished father and grandfather, treasured brother and friend, Larry Weaver, age 61, of Tatum, Texas passed away in Longview, Texas on Sunday, December 20, 2020. Larry was born in Marshall, Texas on March 1, 1959 to Joe Weaver and Greta (Stephens) Weaver.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Greta Weaver. Larry is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Vicki (Russell) Weaver; his son, Jeremy Blake Weaver; his daughter, Tiffany Dawn Weaver; stepson, Cody Hudson (Krystal); grandchildren, Jensen Slack, Kaleb Hudson and Allison Beaird; sisters, Terri Hale (Bruce) and Vickie Senn (Joe); brother, John Stephens, as well as a host of other special family and friends.
Larry had a long career with Luminant Liberty Mine in Tatum, where he was an operator for 40 years. He was a loyal member of the Masonic Lodge in Marshall and enjoyed bowling. Larry was a devoted, loving husband and Papa and was, in turn, well loved by his family and friends and will be deeply missed by all.
Visitation will be held for Larry on Sunday, December 27, 2020 from 6:00-8:00pm at Meadowbrook Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be at 2:00pm on Monday, December 28, 2020 at Meadowbrook Funeral Home with David Weaver, Jr. officiating. Interment will be at Nesbitt Cemetery in Nesbitt, Texas. Serving as Pallbearers are Tommy Weaver, Steven Weaver, David Weaver, Jr., Lynn Shippey, Chris Weaver, Dusty Weaver, Blake Weaver and Dylan Sipes.
