Ron P. “Digger” Stevens entered into rest on December 21, 2020 at Buffalo General Hospital after a short illness. He was born October 1, 1937 in Lockport, NY a son of Gordon and Gertrude (Stoll) Stevens. A lifelong Lockport resident, Ron worked for Loblaws and Bells as a produce manager. He then began working for Harrison Radiator. He retired in 1999. Digger cheered for the Buffalo Bills, Boston Red Sox and Notre Dame. He loved to travel and have fun with his friends. Coors Light was his beverage of choice. He was a member of the Screwball club and the Elks.

He is survived by his children, Denise M. and Mark G. Stevens; his beloved sister Joan (Frederick) Glynn, several nieces, a nephew, grandchildren, great grandchildren, many cousins, a wealth of friends and his faithful companion Jingles. He is a special Ron to Linda, Marisa and Kendall Longacre and Arya McKenzie.
