Carol L. Murphy, 75, a 43 year resident of Pasadena, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2020 in her home.
Mrs. Murphy was born December 4, 1944 in Baltimore, MD to the late George and Alberta Klein.
She was a dedicated homemaker who enjoyed entertaining and hosting parties for her family. She also enjoyed keeping up with household chores like cooking and cleaning and took great pride in raising her family. She also cared for the wildlife that would inhabit her yard. She loved feeding her family of gray foxes and the raccoons.
Mrs. Murphy is survived by her husband of 52 years, James Murphy, son Sean Murphy of Silver Spring, MD, daughter Amy Francis and her husband Glenn Francis of Pasadena, many siblings and her granddaughter Kayla Francis.
Family and friends may visit on Thursday, February 20th at 9:00 a.m. at the Pasadena Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 7975 Tick Neck Road, Pasadena, MD 21122 where funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Loudon Park Cemetery immediately following funeral services.
