When she was in Junior High her family moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma and bought Felbers Dairy Store. She helped her folks run the store. Judith graduated from Edison High School in Tulsa. She met and married Gerald Lee Peters in 1960. They lived in Tulsa where, Judith was a hospital EEG Tech at Hillcrest Medical Center.
Together they welcomed their son Joseph Scott Peters. She and her little family moved to Nowata in 1966. She commuted back and forth to Tulsa for work. She worked at St. Francis too then as a welder for Halliburton, office manager for Ronco, Dial American office manager; then Walmart until she retired in 2015.
Gerry and Judith loved to travel and go fishing! She also loved to paint!
Preceded in death by her parents, husband Gerald Peters and brother William Felber.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 19th at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel with pastor Todd Brock officiating. Inurnment will be at the Fayetteville National Cemetery with her husband.
