Tony Arnett Messer was born on April 21, 1944 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of the late Johnny and Virgie Mae Allen Messer. He was united in marriage to Janet Hawk Messer who survives. He is also survived by four children, Donna, Jamie, Teresa and Rhonda Messer, two step children, Tabitha Jo and Charles B. Hawk, a step granddaughter, Talara Hawk, five brothers, Doug, Donald, Greg, Troy and Johnny Messer, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Besides his parents he was also preceded in death by a son, Tony , a sister, Joyce Spurlock and two brothers, Roger and Randall Messer.
Tony departed this life on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 being 73 years, 9 months and 16 days of age
