Ocala - Anthony Edwon Greene, 55, of Ocala, Florida, and formally of Leesburg, Indiana, died suddenly on December 8, 2020. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Cassendra (Cassie), his beloved daughters Lesley and Lorisa Greene, his brother Carl Gregory Greene of Goshen, Indiana, brother Douglas Greene of Warsaw, Indiana, and his sister Melissa (Rick) Murphy of Grand Island, Florida. He is also survived by a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, whom he adored. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Annetta, as well as his sister Carol, and his brother Michael.
Tony was baptized in 1984 as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. He was well known for sharing his faith and telling others about the loving Creator, Jehovah God, and the wonderful hope for the future in the Bible. Being a very loving, caring, and generous person, his greatest pleasure came from spending time with his family and friends, along with serving and assisting people in the congregation.
Tony loved all aspects of design and building. He operated a successful contracting business in Indiana, and cabinet shop in Ocala, Florida, that is also successful due in part to his dedication, talent, and care, along with a great team of people.
