Bobby R. Blevins was the baby of 7. His parents, Everett L. Blevins and Regina Florence Buchanan Blevins. Brothers who have past are Vance F. Mutter, Charles M. Blevins "Mackie" and Alvin L. Blevins. Three sisters Nancy L. Mutter, Frances Ann Puckett, Brenda "Sissy" Brown. One niece Michelle Smith, two nephews that have past, Timothy W. Mutter and Charlie J. Jackson Jr. " Jamie" and one great nephew Nathan Meldick "Nate". Our brother was a kind, caring person and always love to be outside. He work as a delivery driver for Timber Truss and also Layman Candy Company. He, love fishing, drag racing, and football, his favorite team was the "Washington Redskin's".Bobby Ray "Redskin Bob" Blevins went home with Jesus on a fishing boat bound for heaven on Monday, December 2, 2019. He was born on March 24, 1962, in Roanoke, Virginia, weighing only 4 pounds. He was the baby boy of seven children and spoiled by all of his six other siblings. Bobby had a wonderful kind loving heart, always ready to help anyone. He loved fishing, football and Bristol drag racing.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Florence Blevins; his brothers, Vance Mutter, Charles "Mackie" Blevins, Alvin Blevins; 2 nephews, James "Jamie" Jackson, Timothy Mutter.

Left to share his memory is his three sisters, Nancy Mutter, Ann Puckett, Brenda "Sissy" Brown and husband, Joey; 2 nephews, B.J. Meade, Noah Brown; 1 niece, Michelle Smith; 1 great nephew, Nathan Meldick; 2 aunts, Betty Sawyer, Irene Porter and husband, Blaine; numerous cousins and friends.

Family would like to thank Lewis Gale Emergency Department, and 9 South ICU Department and 10 South Comfort Care Team at Carilion RMH.

A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Lotz Salem Chapel with Reverend Jeff Gardner officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
