Robert Anthony Ramirez went to be with our Lord and the Angels on Sunday, December 6, 2020.

Robert was preceded in death by his loving parents, Dionicio Oscar, and Margarita E. Ramirez; his older brother, Oscar Roel “Rollie”; and his older sister, Rebecca Ann.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy; his children, Michele, Robert, and Adriana; his grandchildren, Anthony, D’Shawn, James, Aisha, Jaime, Nadine, and Vickie; his brother, Richard and wife, Connie; sister, Paula Yolanda and her husband, Roberto; and sister-in-law, Mary; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Robert was born on October 4, 1954 in San Antonio. He worked at Exxon in Baytown, Texas. After retiring in 1985, he moved back to San Antonio and Oak Island Ice House, which he built, on South Loop 1604. He owned and operated the store for 10 years then retired again. He opened Everett Oil Corp. in honor of his mother, Margarita Everett Ramirez and the business is still up and running today.

Robert loved to travel, fish, watch his Cowboys and Spurs, and of course drink a cold beer with all of his family and friends.

The family will receive friends beginning at 11:30 a.m. Monday, December 21, 2020, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
