Funeral services will be held at 3:30 P.M. today in the Edward Holman & Son chapel for Mrs. Jennie Hamlin, 76, who died on Wednesday. Interment will be in Lincoln Memorial park.
Mrs. Hamlin was born at Corvallis July 3, 1859. She lived virtually her entire life in Oregon and had been a resident of Portland for 25 years. She was the mother of Frank Hamlin, Mrs. Goldie Harmon, Mrs. Ethel Woldeit and Mrs. Lillie Knieriem, all of Portland, and a sister of Ralph E. Williams, republican national committeemen, Mrs. Hattie Rhodes of Seattle, Walter and Otho Williams of Dallas and Mrs. Mary Hooker of Independence. She also is survived by five grandchildren.
