He was born August 27, 1954 in Portsmouth, a son of Betty Wymer Bradshaw of Lucasville and the late Roger Dexter Bradshaw.
Phil was a retired Process Operator for Fluor BW, a 1972 Valley High School graduate, and a member of the Lucasville Masonic Lodge.
Phil loved fishing and anything John Deere. He took care of all of God's creatures and fed the birds and all wildlife every day. He was a prankster with an endless sense of humor.
Phil is also survived by his brother, Keith (Karen) Bradshaw of Minford; and his sister, Cindy (Ben) Wireman of Portsmouth.
Visitation will be held 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday, December 20, 2020 at the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville, followed by a graveside service in Lucasville Cemetery with David Dowdy officiating.
