Jamie C. Nelson, 74, of Van Buren, passed away Sunday, Dec. 20, 2020 at her home. She was born Sept. 26, 1946 in Fort Smith to James and Betty Jo Miller. She was retired, and preceded in death by her husband, Ray Nelson.
She is survived by two daughters, DeAnn Spiller of Van Buren, and Lori Miller and husband Ronnie of Van Buren; a son, David Nelson and wife Lisa of Atlanta; six grandchildren, Michelle Riggs, Kari Hatcher, Chelsea Stark, Gunner Miller, Keeton Nelson, and Meredith Nelson; and eight great-grandchildren, Luke, Austin, Olivia, Drew, Ray, Logan, Palmer, and Saylor.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, at Gracelawn Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Keeton Nelson, Gunner Miller, Nathan Riggs, Rett Hatcher, Ronnie Miller, and David Nelson.
Viewing will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
