Katherine Edith Harris Baker, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away December 7, 2020 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born January 3, 1931 in Rockingham, NC. Katherine was a District Manager of Nursing Services for National Nursing, Quality Care and Upjohn. She was a member of Beaches Art Guild for many years. Her passions included art, loving the Lord, family and suicide prevention. Katherine is preceded in death by her first husband and children’s father Jack L. Bledsoe and second husband Clyde B. Baker, 4 of her children Angela, Teresa, Jack, Merry Lynn and 3 grandsons. She is survived by her youngest of 5 children Debra Bledsoe Drake, 2 granddaughters Stephanie and Hannah, grandsons Eddie, Jack, Derek, Aaron, Adam, and Raymond, 5 stepchildren, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Monday, December 14, 2020 at Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32207 from 1pm-2pm. Services to begin at 2pm at the funeral home with a Committal Service to follow at Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Cemetery.
