She was a retired home economics teacher and a member of the Commonwealth of Virginia Retirement Association.
Surviving: nephews, C.P. Allen of Bridgeport, A.E.H. Crow of Marietta, Ohio, Frank B. Thornburg Jr. of Huntington.
Service will be 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Wallace Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Ravenswood Cemetery. Friends may call two hours prior to service at the funeral home.
