Rodney Lee Ross was born May 30, 1953 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Ronald and Ruby Ross. He passed from this life on December 19, 2020 at the age of 67. Rodney had five children: Jason, Jennifer, Fawn, Lacey, and Lindsey. Rodney enjoyed many things in life, fishing, hunting, camping, OU Football and coaching Softball was just a few. But his favorite things were his children, grandchildren and coaching softball. He went by many nicknames but, "Dad," "Papa," and "Coach" were what meant the most to him. Rodney was a kind man with a gentle soul, he loved passionately and without conditions, he will be missed by many. BOOMER SOONER!
He is preceded in death by: Both parents Ronald and Ruby Ross, Daughter- Fawn Renee Ross and Brother- Richard Ross.
Rodney is survived by: Son- Jason Ross and wife Nikki of Sand Springs, Daughters- Jennifer Ross of Sand Springs, Lacey Howell and husband Shawn of Cleveland and Lindsey Ross of Sand Springs. Sister- Becky Ross Hollis and husband Jerry of Tulsa. 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren

Rodney was a loving and devoted husband, Dad, grandfather and loving brother, his passing has left a hole in our lives but wonderful memories in our heart that will have to sustain us until we meet again.

A note, this time in our World a Covid 19 virus has hit and many deaths have occurred, Rod did not passed from the disease, however, a note that there has been a spike in cremations and either no services or limited people at a service.
