Richard W. "Dick" Reese, 81, a resident of Muncy, PA, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020 in the Rose View Manor at Williamsport.
Born Sunday, March 5, 1939 in Anthony Twp., Montour Co., PA he was the son of the late Edmond and Margaret Iseley Reese.
Dick was the husband of Kay (Senseman) Reese with whom he celebrated a 51st wedding anniversary on August 1 of 2020.
Dick was a 1957 graduate of the former Turbotville High School and attended the former Williamsport Technical School. He honorably served his country with the US Army during the Viet Nam era. Dick was employed by Textron-Lycoming at Williamsport as a machinist, retiring in 1999.
He enjoyed hunting and particularly enjoyed fishing, especially at Black Lake, New York.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Crystal Reese of Muncy; one brother, Gerald Reese of Jacksonville, FL and two sisters, Doris English of North Carolina and Nancy Nickles of Muncy.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. from the Galen R. Betzer Funeral Service, 108 N. Main Street, Muncy with Rev. Richard C. Jones, pastor of the Radiant Life Church, officiating. Friends may call on Wednesday at the funeral home from 12:30 - 1:00 P.M.
Interment will be in Twin Hills Memorial Park.
The family will provide the flowers. If desired, contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
