At her residence on Monday, May 6, 2002, Elsie C. (nee Argent) Stevens of Caressant Care Nursing Home and formerly of Willogrove Crescent, Woodstock, Ontario in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Alfred Kitchener Stevens (1998). Dear mother of Dennis and his wife Anny of Owen Sound, Linda West and her husband Ernie of Sweaburg and Floyd and his wife Charmaine of B.C. Loved grandmother of Mark, Joanne, and Andrew. Great Grandmother of Joelle and Jakob. Elsie was the last surviving member of her own family. Elsie was predeceased by her brothers Lorne, Jessie, Wilbur and Dayton and by her sisters Erie, Rose, and Grace, and by her grandson Donald West. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery following cremation. Contributions to the St. David's United Church would be appreciated and may be arranged through the R. D. LONGWORTH FUNERAL HOME, Woodstock Ontario.
